We're pretty excited about it and are already talking through ideas. We'll keep you updated as the score continues to develop! Thank you for all your support!

We're excited to announce that our new album, inspired by Catching Fire, is finally here! We're calling it The H.G. Music Project, Volume II: Resistance and you can listen to it all for free, streaming on our website (click The Music tab). We couldn't have done it without you.

The new album will be available for purchase from Bandcamp on Monday, and from iTunes and Amazon MP3 sometime next week! We're extremely excited to announce that the new HGMP album for CATCHING FIRE has a release date! The new album will be available on Bandcamp starting September 7th, 2012, with releases on iTunes, Amazon MP3, and Spotify to follow a few days later.

The new album will be titled "THE H.G. MUSIC PROJECT, VOL. II." We'll be sure to post links as soon as the album goes live. It will feature all new music, with live performances from a number of the musicians featured on the first album, as well as a few new faces! We're super excited about the release over here, and it means a lot to us that you all have been so patient. We can't wait to share new music with you!

It's finally here! Thanks for being SO patient. You can now download the official album (or individual tracks, if you prefer) over at bandcamp.com! It's super easy, super secure, and super awesome. (Head over to hungergamesmusic.bandcamp.com, or check out the link under the "News & Updates" section on the Home page.)

Why not iTunes? We know that iTunes is a great resource that a lot of people automatically turn to, but iTunes is also more expensive for artists to list their music on, and bandcamp actually allows us to easily include extras (like liner notes!) and set our own price, which means we can give you a discounted price when you purchase the entire album! Bandcamp is safe and easy to use, and allows us to communicate more directly with all of you. And the good news is, downloading from Bandcamp has no effect on how you listen to the music! You can still add it to your iTunes library, your mp3 players/iPods/iPhones, or any other mobile devices and libraries you may have!

Hey everybody!
We've been pretty busy over here - hope you all have been busy and happy as well! We've had a few interesting interviews and features recently - our latest being a feature on the Official Hunger Games Movie Facebook page and a podcast interview on the Adamontise blog all the way over in England! If you haven't checked them out yet, visit our News section on our Homepage for links.

In other news, we are almost ready to release LEGAL DOWNLOADS of the entire soundtrack for purchase! We're very excited, and we hope you are, too. Thanks for hanging in there with us - we'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as the downloads are ready... should be very soon! We're currently working on remixing and retouching a few things and ironing out the technical details.

We've really been enjoying reading all your comments and we thank you for all of them! We wish we had time to respond to each individually - but we would like to encourage you to write us emails! If you would really like a response from us (you are inquiring about a film, about when the music will be available to download legally, and so forth), it is much easier for us to respond to people individually via email! We know we have gotten a few requests for us to compose something for a film, to make sheet music available, and so forth - you folks know who you are, so feel free to send us an email! We cannot guarantee that we will be able to compose music for any films, but we are willing to consider. 

Now... we have several upcoming interviews and appearances! Firstly, check out DWTC's Airtime Assaults page this Friday, June 24th - they will be running an interview with us! And secondly, be sure to tune in to the Fireside Chat next Monday, June 27th - you will get to hear our voices live, talking with hosts Savanna and Adam about our unofficial score! First of all, thank you SO much for your support! It means a lot to see you all taking joy from our music. We've honestly been rather bowled over! 

Now we've been getting a lot of questions about whether our unofficial soundtrack will be available for legal release or download. The answer is, it is not available yet, but we are working on that, and we hope to be able to bring it to you in a legally downloadable format soon! In the meantime, though, we ask that you please refrain from illegally downloading it. We know how great it is to be able to take music with you, and we are really truly appreciative that many of you would like to do that. However, as musicians and artists trying to make a living out of what we love to do, illegal downloading of our work without our permission can be extremely hurtful to us. We're doing our best to take this music as far as we can (with all of your kind support!), and in order to do that, we need to take things at a certain pace and follow certain legal paths. So if y'all can just hang tight with us, we are working toward bringing you an official release of our soundtrack - which may have MORE music (!) and even better mixes - and we will keep you posted as we progress!

Once again, our most sincere thanks for all your support. We hope you continue to enjoy the music, and keep passing it on to your friends!
