1. Intro: "May the Odds..." (music by Edward Underhill)

           - An introduction to the musical world of The Hunger Games. Rue's four-note melody begins the piece. Peeta and Katniss's theme is first played by the solo cello, the "boy with the bread" theme is played by the solo piccolo, and the piece ends with the solo violin introducing the lullaby theme (Deep in the Meadow).
Featuring: Laura Blum-Smith, voice --- Andrew Broadwater, bass recorder --- Wyatt Underhill, violin --- Edward Underhill, cello

2. The Boy With The Bread (music by Matt Bukaty)

          - The bass recorder introduces the "boy with the bread" theme. Out of Katniss's memory, the day in the rain surfaces, when a young Peeta gave her a loaf of bread.
Featuring: Andrew Broadwater, bass recorder --- Laura Blum-Smith, voice --- Edward Underhill, cello

3. Journey to the Capitol (Matt Bukaty)

          - Katniss and Peeta begin their journey to the Capitol. The harmless journeying music gives way to something more twisted and glitzy as they arrive in the Capitol, until finally the harsh electric sound of the Capitol emerges as Katniss and Peeta are greeted by roaring crowds.
          Featuring: Edward Underhill, cello

4. Let the Games Begin! (Matt Bukaty)

          - The music starts as Katniss is lifted in her glass tube when, suddenly, she emerges into the Arena to face the Games. Tension builds; Katniss catches a glimpse of Peeta as the gong signals the start of the Games, distracting her from the bow and arrow and thrusting her into peril almost immediately. She quickly escapes into the woods.

5. Firestorm (Matt Bukaty)

          - Hints of the Capitol's theme reappear as Katniss jolts awake to the wall of fire descending on her.

6. A Lullaby For Rue (Lyrics by Suzanne Collins; music by Edward Underhill)

          - The lullaby theme returns as Katniss softly sings to Rue. As Rue dies, the solo violin returns, and the mockingjays softly take up her four-note melody (represented by two piccolos). Finally, the bass recorder brings back the peaceful lullaby theme one last time.
Featuring: Laura Blum-Smith, voice --- Andrew Broadwater, bass recorder --- Wyatt Underhill, violin

7. The Cave (Matt Bukaty)

          - Katniss cares for an injured Peeta in their cave hideout. A new theme appears as tenderness surfaces between them, and Peeta's theme reappears before it fades away to determined drums as Katniss leaves for the Feast.
          Featuring: Edward Underhill, cello

8. Muttations (Edward Underhill)

          - Katniss & Peeta's theme and even a twisted version of the lullaby theme return as Katniss, Peeta, and Cato are pursued by the Capitol's wolf-like muttations.

9. Stay Awake (Edward Underhill)

          - The night slowly passes and Katniss and Peeta try to remain awake, waiting for Cato to die. Their theme reappears, slow and sad.
          Featuring: Andrew Broadwater, bass recorder

10. Nightlock / The Victors (Edward Underhill)

          - Claudius Templesmith announces the final twist of the Hunger Games and Katniss and Peeta are left to face each other. Katniss remembers the nightlock, and she and Peeta unintentionally begin a showdown with the Capitol in a last ditch effort to bring them both home.

11. End Credits: Loss and Survival (Edward Underhill)

          - An "end credits" piece, a meditation on loss and whether those who survive can ever find peace.
Featuring: Allie Pike, voice -- Laura Blum-Smith, additional voice -- Andrew Broadwater, bass recorder -- Wyatt Underhill, violin --
